"Excellent stay great location"

"For solo travelers, there’s no bar. Only a fine dining restaurant. I tried to go in for a drink and the staffed looked at me rudely, spoke to me rudely bc I was just trying to have a drink. The bathrooms have no door. Not welcoming for solo travelers. Restaurant/Bar is high end and not at all welcoming to solo guests just stopping by. "

"I pause for 4 nights, but could only stay 3. They did not want to refund my extra night. So the just kept my money. Never stay at a non-refundable hotel. There’s a reason for that. Once you see the rooms, you won’t want to stay more than a day. It’s not a single room, it’s a MICRO room. No iron in room, no closet, no fridge, no microwave, no safe, no privacy for the shower, NO ROOM TO WALK! The room smelled bad and unlike most hotels, if you arrive an hour or 2 early, they won’t let you check in. Like other nice hotels they do. Save your money. This hotel is worth HALF of what you pay for. Ruined my stay in London. "

"This is the hotel you want to stay at in London! The front desk staff are amazing the bell man and concierge is just fabulous. The servers and housekeeping just know what to do! It’s a luxurious experience staying here with out the price tag of central London. This is my third stay and every time I just can’t say enough about the staff! You make the holiday! Thank you!!"

"Great hotel, convenient location right near a bus stop that took us to all the attractions we wanted to see. The rooms are small but very clean and exactly what we needed. The breakfast for £8 was delicious and we really enjoyed the unlimited tea and coffee options available. Would stay here again!"

"Great location and staff. Breakfast was excellent. The show was fun. No mini fridge. ;( lighting in bathrooms for make up doesn’t exist. The staff after my third stay are on first name bases are just great. With advise for travel. Restaurants and things to do. "
