Staff was good they cleaned my room even when I didn't ask them because my toilet seat broke and they got right on it and fixed it and they went ahead and cleaned the room it was nice to come back to that

The general state of cleanliness was poor. At a glance it was okay, then you notice. Any corner was dirty, the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, knives and silver had food residue, the microwave was full of crumbs. The rooms were smaller than the photos depict, no surprise there.
