"My girlfriend and I loved our stay. We stayed for a total of 5 nights. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived long after our check-in time, but it was no issue. We checked in online beforehand, which did cause an issue when we checked in at the front desk, but they resolved it quickly and smoothly. We stayed on the top floor, and we had no issues with the noise from the bar/restaurant upstairs. We were worried about it since other reviewers warned about how noisy it was, but it was minimal. The location of the hotel was perfect for us since we relied on the ferry to get everywhere we could. We recommend this hotel, and we will be staying here every time we return to NYC! Also, check out El Lado Taco in Astoria if you're planning to go to Astoria Park. It's nearby, and it was the best meal we had on our entire trip!"

"The staff at this hotel were amazing. Staff helped us with whatever was needed. The hotel is well cared for & inviting. The staff at the marketplace were not very accommodating & prices were super high for what was purchased. The room was great & the housekeeping staff provided many things we needed. However, after two of the 4 night stay, we didn’t receive a room cleaning or weren’t asked about it. Weird. The location is exceptional & made traveling the city very convenient. "

"The rooms was clean..but hated the room design was HORRIBLE BED IN FRONT OF DOORWAY YOU HAVE TO SLIDE YOUR BODY THROUGH A SMALL OPENING TO ENTER THE ROOM ..COULDNT WATCH TV FROM THE BED AS IT IS SITUATED ON WALL FACING THE WINDOW .."

"There is no stove top in the kitchen. You have to borrow a high plate from downstairs. There is nowhere to store your clothes. If you’re there for an extended time, you have to leave everything in a suitcase because there’s no drawers except those on the nightstand. If you have to leave earlier than 630 you’re unable to get breakfast which you paid for there needs to be an early departure to go meal for those that can’t that won’t be there for the regular breakfast."

"Great customer service from the young lady, Aasia at the front desk. Very friendly and great energy - The hotel was clean and offered a decent breakfast. It was also walking distance from the subway where we were able to access transportation to Time Square for an affordable price."

"The room was great we had 2 queens beds and a sofa bed it had a mini fridge and freezer microwave even a dish washier sink and all . The staff was amazing Enzo and Jeff were so kind and so helpful with directions and the housekeeping lady was very kind she wasn’t rude or annoying . The staff for breakfast was kind and helpful the breakfast was better than I expected . This hotel is near the train and bus which is great to travel around queens or even to head to Manhatten and Brooklyn I will definitely be staying there again "

"The sheets and pillows had pee looking stains on them. It looks like they tried to bleach it. Cus it was very faint. I was itchy in my sleep. No signs of bedbugs tho. Otherwise very very great."
