"Not up to usual Harbour Hotel standards. Good size room, Food in bar was long delayed, gin provided free of charge but tonic was charged for unlike other Harbour Hotels. Breakfast very good. Bugs crawling around the bathroom. . Reception mixed. Young man was very good but the staff later in the day were not very helpful. ."

"GROUND FLOOR WINDOW PRIVACY - Room totally as expected, no issue. However we were staying in a ground floor room and there were no net curtains or a window privacy film so we had to have the curtains shut during day light."

"Allereerst was het inchecken prima, daarna kwamen we hotel kamer binnen: VERSCHRIKKELIJK VIEZE KAMER EN GEEN AIRCO DUS HET STONK NAAR ROTTEN EI EN VIEZIGHEID. We liepen naar receptie om staff member te vragen over airco, wc spoelt niet door, wasbak kon water niet legen> verstopt + low pressure, en er was geen raam zoals op de foto en TV werkt ook niet. De staff member was onaardig en deed niets om te fiksen. We kwamen schoonmaker tegen en ze gaf ons een ventilator. Van de staff mochten we geen...

"Very basic room. Paid extra at the desk for an early check-in. Glad it was avaliable but was surprised to have to pay. Breakfast was OK. Desk is unmanned unless you ring for help."

"A good enough spacious room with a comfy double bed, suitable wardrobe and a nice desk. The bathroom was quite clean and the shower worked well. Our room had two windows for maximum daylight and it opened for sufficient ventilation. As we were in a busy high street the room didn't have a great view! Overall we got a good value deal for 3 nights! Many nice restaurants and shops nearby. Also Southall station is about 20 minutes walking distance from our hotel!"

"Booked two rooms for me and a colleague for a three night business trip. Arrived and was told we only had one room, had to show proof two rooms booked. Everything in the room was dirty / grimy / sticky, there was a layer of dust on every surface, rubbish on the floor, rubbish in the tea bag pot.
