"Bedsheets had hairs on them. Didn’t pull the covers after we saw the hairs. AC did not work at all."

"I think the hotel has a great view and a lot of access to the whole ocean beach area. Everything is very commutable by foot and there’s a lot of good bars and food options just around the hotel. Truthfully it’s not that far from downtown maybe a 20 minute drive depending on traffic. And the staff was very helpful in finding food options and things to do."

"The hotel and our rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Pools were nice and heated. We loved the marina and had a great time kayaking. This was an additional cost but well worth it. The onsite dinning/food options are very limited and nothing was available for late hours, after dinner. The Market store closed at 10:00AM so the quick food and coffee wasn’t available after that. This got challenging as we got up early for marina activities then had to leave to go find simple breakfast...

"As a resort-style hotel, the surrounding environment is fantastic! It also boasts convenient transportation, with almost everywhere accessible within a 20-minute drive. However, the soundproofing in the guest rooms leaves much to be desired; noise from adjacent rooms is audible. Since my room was near the main entrance, I was frequently woken up by the loud sound of the door opening and closing—despite having specifically requested a quiet room beforehand. "This is very pet friendly and staff is great"

"The bed was fine. It was ok. But the main reason for staying there is that that when I toggled the Expedia website, my only request was for an early pickup to the Airport. Upon arriving, they said they couldn’t do it, even though there was a shuttle parked up front. But they said they could get a taxi in the morning no problem. Morning came. The guy couldn’t do it. Fortunately another guest let us drive back to the rent a car place at the airport."

"I called previously to see how much my deposit would be. I was told $50 for the whole stay. When I got there they took $100. They only had one role of toilet paper for three people and three days. The mattresses were a little hard. But not a bad stay for us."
