"There was no signage for the car park as it was through a narrow gap behind the hotel. I was given the key to the room, which I was told was through a door to the right of reception. On going through the door I found I was outside in the poring rain with again no signage. I went back into the hotel and found a lovely lady who was cleaning, who I asked where room 225 was. She took me back outside and showed me my room was in the wooden single story building opposite, the entrances to these...

While there are lots of things to see and do locally, our schedule allowed us to stay only one night. "This property is beautifully maintained, with a lovely staff. We stayed in the 2 bedroom stables and it was perfect for our family. Having the grassy backyard was also a nice feature. The walking trails and horses were also fun."

"The hotel is located outside of Perth centre, in a quiet area and close to the Almond river. There is a lovely riverside walk within half a mile of the hotel. There are no busy roads close by, so the hotel and grounds are quiet, which we appreciated. The reception and restaurant employees were helpful and polite.
