"No pool, no hot tub, no complimentary breakfast, no complimentary coffee in the lobby, vent in the bathroom needed cleaning about 6 months ago. I’m sure we will be staying elsewhere in the future"

"The staff was nice. Check in and out was quick. There were dirty towels on the elevator floor when I arrived around 10:30 PM. They were still there when I left at 8 the next morning. There are blinds on the window that still let in a bunch of light. Lastly, there was a horrible noise that was on and off through the night. Place appeared clean."

"We stayed for two nights for a baseball tournament. Perfect location, safe, clean and near several restaurants. Breakfast area was very clean and well stocked. A great variety of breakfast foods. Our room was clean and staff were very polite."

"We had an early flight out the next morning, so I was looking for something close to the airport. I booked two rooms for three adults. We were all very happy with our stay & it was convenient to the airport. I would definitely stay there again."

"Staff was super helpful, engaged, and customer service forward. We stayed for a full week at a very busy time during Indy 500 week. We will be back, as we were very happy with our stay! Even staff helping with breakfast offerings were smiling and helping to satisfy everyone. Please keep current staff as I know there is new management."

"rooms were ok. staff was courteous and nice. courtesy breakfast is sub-standard. I suspect the eggs were from a prepackaged powder where they just whip it up prior to heating it. swimming pool looked just ok…I just don’t know how often they change the water. Was disappointed with the chain being cheap with no courtesy bottled water for their guests."

"The property is always clean and quiet. The staff is remarkable and willing to accommodate any and all needs. The rooms were spotless on every trip, not too mention the attention to detail that they give to every room. The staff makes it a point to remember each guest."

"Room was stuffy and smelled stale. Air conditioning would only let the room get to around 75 degrees but hallway was ice cold. Not a great stay."

"This place is a bit dated, room smelled a little musty/damp. But it was clean, and an acceptable place to stay for the night. Something seemed amiss with breakfast, as there was very little left to be served with 30 minutes left in operation. The attendant said it was an ordering issue…so maybe it was just an off day?"
