"Our stay was disrupted by several issues. The television did not work for the first two days despite multiple service visits. The bathtub had visible cracks, and the hot water was inconsistent; the shower was lukewarm while the sink was much hotter, as confirmed by maintenance. Additionally, the room had a strong odor traced to a refrigerator with mold and buildup. Maintenance was unavailable, so I cleaned it myself, which took about 30 minutes. The smell was overwhelming for me and concerning...

"I arrived at the hotel and was told the elevator was not working, while being placed in the 3rd floor and having to carry my luggage up 3 flights of stairs at 65 years old..One half of the hotel was closed off, from the outside of the hotel it looked like a homeless shelter, with curtains hanging off the the room ...I immediately called Expedia for a refund..and still waiting on there response!"

"Easy check in. Great location for an overnight stay before an early flight. Although we did use it, the pool looked nice and breakfast area looked clean and welcoming. Nice room and good price for our needs. "

"Horrifying. The front door is plastered with signs basically telling you to go f yourself if you even try to check in. They will leave you standing in the rain, you can't open the office door yourself. Dilapidated is an understatement. The bathroom sink was cracked in half and barely hanging on, the shower was peeling and filthy, the doorknob just hanging loose in the hole. There were speckles of most likely dried blood on the sheets. The many signs warning you not to smoke crack in the rooms...

The FIRST floor room’s window that was left open& wouldn’t shut, the stink bugs crawling on the wall, the mold growing on the bathroom wall, or the leftover food still remaining in the fridge from a previous guest? It’s hard to tell. What is for sure, is the disappointment in this place being backed by “Choice”. That’s a brand we usually trust. "
