Brownwood Hotel & Spa
Breakfast was good but expensive. Parking was easy and free. Room and property were clean. Loved the live music on Thursday and Saturday nights. Pool was nice and heated. The Waterfront Inn
The pool was clean, the bar staff was super attentive, housekeeping kept the room clean, just wish the restaurant served breakfast, and wish the coffee station had cream/ 1/2 and 1/2

Hotel Eastport
A new property so the amenities are nothing to speak of, yet. I expect that will improve. The balcony, which overlooks a large pond and some of The Villages features, was Outstanding.

Clean, quiet and comfortable room in a newish HIE Staff was extremely pleasant Breakfast was pretty standard with eggs and sausage along with the typical fare Pancake machine instead of waffles Nice exercise room and pool No complaints about this hotel
