"Clean and very nice hotel, beds were super comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, and accommodating of our needs and requests. The location was great for us, as we were cruising from the port adjacent to the hotel. The only negative for us was the lack of a lower priced option for breakfast we ended up at a nearby coffee house, within walking distance, and it was a good experience."

"My gf and I stayed here for the Bad Bunny concert, we got the apartment option so it was separate but right next to the hotel with our own entrance. Overall location is convenient, walkable to all things Viejo San Juan, lots of restaurants nearby. While it’s located near everything it is separate enough to not get a lot of foot traffic, so it’s nice and quiet and I didn’t have any safety concerns.
