"The room is old with very little amenities. No elevator many stairs. The stairs are not your things stay away. Steve was not very accommodating. You had to beg for drinks and bed for towels. I’d only recommend it for a very short day."

"The space was a hidden gem. Nice, clean and cute place. Unfortunately the location is not great, especially once it gets dark it's very sketchy. It's inside a residential local neighborhood so be aware if coming at night. We had a disappointing experience being in the middle of a crime scene during our stay. Probably wouldn't stay here again."

"Staff was attentive and super kind. The only issue we had was the water pressure on our room would go in and out and the hot water took a while. We made it work and didn’t mind since the hotel was great overall."

"The hotel & staff were amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint would be the breakfast. It didn’t have many options & some items were stale. It was mainly carbs (breads, bagels, muffins) not much to pick from."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. George was especially helpful, and the front desk team was always polite, accommodating, and professional. We were celebrating my best friend’s birthday, and the hotel surprised her with a bottle of champagne and a thoughtful handwritten note. It was such a kind gesture that made our stay even more special. My favorite part of the hotel was the rooftop pool and hot tub overlooking Old San Juan....

"Even though self check in, just was very responsive and accommodating!"

"The hotel is beautiful and I have stayed in it when it was the shereton. This stay was just disappointing in the fact that, the AC did not work the entire night meaning we had to sleep in a hot room. The water went out the elevator went out and my mom with bad knees had to walk up 6 floors. They did remove the destination fee but I just felt we spent t to much money for all of that not to work."

"All services were great with the exception of being able to reach housekeeping from 8am-12pm. This is a great location if you plan on staying in old San Juan which is near the beaches, La placita, great restaurant, and much more. Staff were also great, friendly, and helpful."
