"I love the ostrich and this is my second time staying here. The steps are a bit much but it was erected in 1106. You couldn’t ask for nicer people, the food is great. Only thing is we had an early flight and it was a Saturday night with a pub so of course no sleep. But that’s not the fault of anyone but ours we should’ve brought earplugs because everyone was just having a great time."

"Quaint and charming building, nods to its history. Staff were really friendly and accomodating. The room was reasonably sized and clean. Both it and the bathroom would benefit from being spruced up - the decor is really tired and the window wouldn't shut properly. However, the bed was really comfortable and that made up it. Very good value for the price. Would stay there again."

"Not a typical hotel, more a restaurant with a bar, which offers guest rooms in the upper floors. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The "English breakfast" was served in the restaurant room. Windsor Castle, Windsor downtown, bars and railroad station are in walking distance from the hotel. "
