"The hotel is in a transition phase - they're in the midst of a reboot/refurb so things are still a bit up and down, though they did seem to be trying their best. I stayed in one of the finished rooms and everything was just as you would expect. Unfortunately the hotel was overbooked so my colleague had to stay in one of the incomplete rooms. "Rooms are basic some hotel/travel web pages states a pool. NO pool usable. Been out of order months . Hotel a little edgy.... Some rooms need a good deep clean. Can't see threw room windows for dirt. A couple of us stayed a few nights only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel to share for 2!! Iron and trouser press don't work. Hot water is never Hot At moment only continental breakfast or pot noodles or crisps . Hotel is mainly used for councils homeless and domestic violence victims....
