"Bathroom was clean, though pillows had make-up stains on and the heating was only turned on when we arrive so took a while to warm up. Staff friendly when we arrived. it is above a pretty noisy pub with inside steps from the pub or a fire escape style staircase from outside. Could hear a couple having an arguemnt on the street below as well. All in all, convenient if needing to be in area but not one if you need somewhere a bit more accessible or quiet."

I booked it thru Hotels.com app. It's my new go to app for travel related bookings after the poor treatment I got from Booking.con who refused me a refund on a booking that I couldn't use because the owner has changed the code on the key box and not updated this information on booking.con. "Review should realistically be between average and good. Staff were great and very friendly/helpful. It was good for the price. Room is clean but the bed mattress was so uncomfortable. Noisy as God knows what was going on in the alley my room backed onto. Breakfast was great. "

"Felt a bit miss-sold, a 2 bedroom apartment which is basically a 1 bedroom, and a bed in a hallway. Hotel also didn’t give us the code, so we couldn’t get in, so spent an hour stood outside without a way of getting in. Fortunately some other guests arrived and let us in, or we’d have been out there all night….! "

"Overall if you are a dirtbag climber and just in sheffield for a quick trip this place totally gets the job done. Our biggest issues were that there was no shower curtain so the bathroom flooded when anyone showered, none of the bathrooms had soap, and overall just super limited amenities. Also the trash out front was absolutely overflowing and was all over the yard. Honestly would stay again in a pinch, just would come with lower expectations."
