"Staff very friendly on arrival, and the room was nice and warm. Great views, unfortunately the breakfast wasn't up to standard for me. Ive had breakfast here before and it was much better than my recent stay. Items ( hash browns ) way over cooked to the point there was no hash in it! Overall its a really nice place to stay."

"Lovely quirky hotel. Free parking and in easy reach of public transport with only a short tram journey to the centre of Sheffield. Rooms clean and welcoming. Beds comfy and a modern clean and large on suite. Breakfast was perfect with help yourself cereal toast and a full menu of various cooked options to choose from cooked fresh with table service. Only downside breakfast room was far too hot. Would definitely return."

I booked it thru Hotels.com app. It's my new go to app for travel related bookings after the poor treatment I got from Booking.con who refused me a refund on a booking that I couldn't use because the owner has changed the code on the key box and not updated this information on booking.con. Complimentary Toiletries to use while staying. Mattress comfortable. However 3 of the pillows were lumpy or flat. Be aware that the room faces a busy road. "Wonderful room in a good location to the Botanical Gardens. Cosy, all amenities including toiletries and lovely fresh pastries with beverages in the morning. Highly recommend. You might get noisy students outside the building in the night though!"
