The room we stayed in could do with a bit of an upgrade in the bathroom and a freshen up but it was still a nice enough stay. Food was beautiful, dining room was very clean and nicely presented. Recycling instructions in the room which was great from a sustainability perspective. My only criticism was that the room was far too hot. No way to adjust heating myself but windows opened easily. "The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views , the staff are friendly, very helpful and efficient. We stayed in a Junior Suite and it was a very large and beautiful room and quiet- especially for a hotel. There are two things that let the hotel down , no food after a certain time in the evening seems strange to me , most places serve until 10pm at least and there is a mention of 24 hour room service but there was no menu in our room (That we could find anyway) and when we asked...

"Fridge wasn't actually cold, jammed outer window that wouldn't close so there was consistent traffic noise from being next to major road. The fan/heater unit system is ancient, full of lint / dust and very ineffective -- particularly the heater setting (not very warm and would turn off after a couple of minutes). General cleanliness not great -- hairs etc in the bathroom, dirty carpet. There was also the most annoying buzz coming from various electronics in the room and the plug system to turn...
