I have never stayed in such a hot mess. I didnt have any towels or blankets in my room. I tried calling the front desk for an hour and it constantly rang busy. Very nice hotel for a two bedroom . however the fire alarm kept going off and I got kept getting noise complaint emails saying that I will be charged $500 and this is the third warning before I even checked in. Also, the fire alarm was going off throughout the night.
