"Good for the money. Property is a bit aged. Sheets and furniture have staining. Other guests are a bit noises. Neighbors to the rear in residential have barking dogs. Everything in room worked. It’s cheap and convenient in a low crime area. 7/10 "
"Basswood is a very family friendly resort with so many activities. The staff is attentive and friendly. The general store is perfect for those needing supplies. Their pizza shop makes delicious food. We enjoyed our stay so much, we booked for next year and are going to stay longer!"
"This was located right off the interstate and easily to find. No elevator and our suite was on the second floor with outdoor stairs. Not an issue for us but could be for others. Initially the hostess told us our hotel room was smoking even though the description on hotels.com said non smoking so we went to look at it before paying to see. Glad that there wasnt smoke smell so they must have cleaned it well. Beds were comfortable and it was relatively quiet. Small bathroom but again not an issie...
"We stayed one night as our a/c died and it was far too hot in our home. The place is lovely and well maintained. Service was great, breakfast was tasty and the beds comfy. We enjoyed some pool time and got a good night's sleep."

"The room was just hiding a lot of issues the tub looked worn out the toilet seat was broken, the tissue holder had rust spots. The bed was clean and the room cool all in all could have been worse but also could have been better."
