"I do not recommend this place. The rooms are very nice and clean, but there is a lot of noise, frequent fighting in the middle of the night, and heavy marijuana smoking. (This hotel used to be excellent; however, since certain people—who clearly don't know how to behave in a hotel setting—have moved in, it has become a disaster. I hope you take action regarding this matter; your hotel itself is clean, but the people living there are ruining it.)"

"Second time staying here, first time was in 2025… property is pretty standard, nothing special but definitely comfortable… staff is very nice and helpful. Room was clean but looked worn with some staining on the table and kitchen chairs. Plus points for having washer and dryer in room, however my washer had such a foul mildew smell that opted not to wash any clothes… "

"After being stranded by American in CLT, the Hampton Inn was a Blessing to arrive at midnight. A very friendly desk staff and super clean room as well as Very Comfy Bed!. The free breakfast was great as well."

"Hotel was located ideal to highway and plenty of shopping/food options. South Park Mall is on the same street on the opposite end. Short distance from downtown. Surrounded by other hotels; area felt safe, brightly lite at night and quiet. Hotel was clean from lobby to gym to outside area to rooms.
