"Getting to the property is my biggest complaint. I found the shuttle service for airport pick up to be confusing. When I tried to call to figure things out, it was very hard to get someone on the phone. I talked with at least three Ai generated persons before finally being transferred to the contracted agency that runs the shuttle service. Once checked it, I found the property to be very well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was some minor work in the bathroom that needed to be done -like wall paper was peeling and the water pressure from the shower head was extremely strong , but other than that no real complaints. The daily breakfast was good. They alternate non-pork meat options so of my 3-night say I could only have meat with my breakfast 1x. This wasn’t terrible as they did have a variety of breakfast options to choose from. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again."

"The room was great, a continental type breakfast would have been appreciated. We felt the buffet breakfast for $39 is extreme so we ate from the little shop. We have not yet received the room deposit back. "

Easy access to freeway and downtown Burbank
The hotel public areas are bright and modern. Rooms are big and have everything you need, they are a little outdated n shabby in places though.
For the size of the hotel the pool area is small with a few beds n chairs.
This didn’t affect our stay and would stay there again if returning to Burbank area.
Didn’t eat at hotel so can’t comment on food."

"Room was a little more snug than we expected but it was super for our needs. Staff were helpful - even told us we cld park on the street (and where, to be safe) saving us $48 USD a day. Big tick - great complimentary cocktails and sensational made on demand omelettes for breakfast! Thank you 😊"

"The room was not available at the check in time. I had to wait 30 mins to check in. The 2nd day I asked for service and the front desk worker never put the request in. The room was norma, it wasn’t as clean as it could be, but clean for a hotel. "

"We stayed there several days and really enjoyed how great the valet parking was as well as the front desk. Our rooms were clean and everyone was wonderful. I used to stay there many years ago when I was a flight attendant for United and not based in LA and the staff has always been wonderful there."

"We loved this hotel; staff was amazing, the shuttle was quick and easy, and the room was really comfortable.
Pros: the king bed was heavenly, one of the most comfortable I've slept on. The food was pricey but delicious, and the shuttle was always on time. There was some construction in the dining areas, so we did miss some choices. It was a short walk to the park.
Cons: there was only one hook (other than the small loop for hand towel) in the bathroom; no place to hang toiletry bags or all of our towels.
We had a great time and would recommend this hotel."
