"10/10 room and staff. Only disappointment was the rooftop. I assumed there'd be some tables and chairs to chill with spouse and have a couple drinks and see the city, but most of it was fenced off and just had a bench or two"

"We ran into the issue of our air conditioner not working during our stay. Maintenance had to come twice in the middle of the night to try and repair it, but it still wasn’t working properly. The front desk was unable to move us to another room, which is understandable given there were apparently no other rooms available. I was told I would receive Hyatt points but I never received them. Additionally, I think due to the A/C not working, the room just had an awful, musty smell like it had been...

"The room was one of the best I’ve stayed at. The price was reasonable. The staff were friendly. Check in process was quick. I have only one complaint, and that is the condition of the bathroom. The toilet had stains in and outside the bowl and the bathtub floor was stained and rusted, reminding me of a cheap run down apartment tub. But once again the stay was still the best in awhile. I will consider the Marriott again. Thanks"
