"We love that this hotel is very close to everything. Very clean. We got the jr. suite so it had microwave, dishwasher, mini fridge. Cute dining area for us to eat meal as a family. Love that it had 2 full bathrooms so that we didn’t need to wait our turns to take showers. All the staff is friendly. We love the valet parking. Only thing was that it took almost an hour to get our car in the morning because the valet garage is under construction and they said they’re playing “Tetris” to get cars...

"Stayed for 5 nights. The air filter was absolutely polluted with dust, it looked like it hasn’t been changed in a year. Our son got an allergic reaction to the dust and had to take him to the ER during our stay. One of the beds did not have a comforter which we reported upon arrival. We were told for 3 straight days that it would be delivered and was not. It was finally delivered as we were checking out. I am a work traveler and have seen it all but the service and cleanliness were way below...

They told me the property I booked was unavailable due to "maintenance issues" and offered to move me to a different property which was nowhere near where I needed to be.
