"The heat in the room stopped working in the night. The front desk were eventually able to send someone up. It worked for a short time before shutting down again. I was freezing and got very little sleep. I wasn't able to be productive at the business trade show that I was in town for. I checked out early and headed home. A pretty wasted trip. "Staff wasn’t too helpful or very nice. Good location. Clean and comfortable room. They charged us a destination fee. We were supposed to get 17.50 in credit per day for food in their restaurant . Breakfast was 45.00 each. So, we chose a couple coffees and went on our way. They didn’t charge the room for the coffee, so we couldn’t use the credit, so ended up paying 17.50 for two coffees. Quite the racket. Don’t think we will stay there again."
