"Leider wurden meine 4 Nachrichten bzgl. Sonderwünsche zu spät gelesen und wir bekamen ein Zimmer, welches wir nicht wollten (direkt neben der Straße, was relativ laut war). Erst nach der Ankunft wurde mir geschrieben, dass man es an der Rezeption ansprechen könnte um es eventuell zu ändern.
Frühstück war ausreichend, jedoch gab es keine Abwechslung.
Zimmer war leider nicht ganz sauber. Auf der Bettdecke waren Flecken, in der Dusche fremde Haare und der Spiegel war dreckig.

Einzelzimmer ist klein, das wusste ich aber vorher. Das Bett war sehr bequem.
Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Man kann sich von einer Karte warme Gerichte (Rührei, Bohnen, Speck etc.) bestellen. Kaffee ist keine Selbstbedienung, kann man auch bestellen.
Service ist ein wenig lückenhaft und nicht sehr aufmerksam. Da ist noch Luft nach oben.
Für einen Kurztrip auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!"

Cons: mattress wasn’t comfortable, heating up the room turns on a noisy fan.

"The staff are hostile, prejudice and mean. Thwy will not clean my trash, nor clean mu room. They do not have good breakfast. And asked me to use the water from the bathroom to prepare my tea. They claim I didn't pay for my stay before I got there, meanwhile i did already before i left the states. So, I had to pay $310 in cash when I got there in addition to what I already paid with my credit card. So, I will now have to call my credit card company to dispute it if my card got charged. "
