"The place is basically a hotel room in the middle of nowhere. You cannot believe the conditions of the dirt rooads. You cannot even walk them!!!!!! The pool is average at best. No restaurant. The vending machine eats your money. It's sad, overpriced joke of a location."

"The room was wonderful. Location is amazing. So quiet but close to everything and a 10 minute ride to the beach on a scooter .Emmanuel and the staff was at my service and the sauna and steam room and Jacuzzi’s were a great surprise. The one thing I would have considered is the kitchen could use more lighting for people that like to cook as much as I do. Not a complaint, just a suggestion."

Even the kitchen was well equipped which you don’t always get. Communication and staff were excellent. Also really liked Tulum and would have happily stayed longer."
