Cabin Rentals in Tulum

"Check in was good. My room had two leaks and it was raining most days; one of the leaks dripped onto one of the beds. Ants were present; no left overs or snacks could be in the room due to this. Pool was open but not enough lights around it. Menu available was very limited. WiFi was very good throughout the place. No AC in rooms and the fan we had was too noisy to have it on at night. No beach access or beach nearby!! Hotel has no info or contacts for local taxis or airport shuttles. No mini fridge, we were not told we could have items in the hotel’s main fridge either. Mosquitoes were in the room every night, no bed nets available, seems staff leave doors open while doing room cleaning and plenty of mosquitoes get in. "

"We had booked for two nights and we left after the first night. The place is uninhabitable and we needed to find lodgings elsewhere. There were no blankets and we were cold in the night, no hot water, only 3 pillows while we were four people. There were bugs all over the room and a nasty smell. There was dog poop and dog pee all over the common areas. Definitely do not recommend"

"Our family of four (kids age 15 & 12) shared a cabana with two double beds. We had plenty of room and absolutely loved the hotel. We stayed in cabana 12, one of several located right in front of the pool. Breakfast is continental (toast with butter and jam, fruit and yogurt bowl with sprinkle of granola). The staff helped with anything we needed (where to buy ice, closest bakery, etc). The location is amazing too—right in the heart of a small community bustling with life. The cabanas are set off the road and make you feel like you’re in a jungle oasis. We highly recommend!!"
