Khách sạn Trung tâm Thành phố Tulum , Tulum

"I’m sad for Tulum the hotel zone it’s like a ghost town a lot of hotel bar restaurants close the prana hotel close the restaurant but still offer the breakfast at near hotel and restaurant El Capitan they offer you 4 breakfast to choose i ended having pancakes but the last one went to have it at other place because I did not like it the beach has a lot o algae the beach it’s dark and smell so bad"

"Todo estuvo perfecto 👌"

"Amazing place to stay in Tulum. Very charming and great staff."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Una Vida, my only criticism is that with the Luxury House being right next to the entrance, some staff tend to congregate outside of the windows/paremeter (house is nearly all glass) which makes it less secluded than the other rooms. Other than that perfect and an easy bike ride to the market!"

"Laura de recepción muy atenta y servicial, desde que llegué me dio recomendaciones de actividades y sugerencias ahí en Tulúm. Una parte del hotel estaba en remodelación con lo que eso implica, pero en general a cierta hora ya no había ruido. Las albercas muy agradables, sobre todo la del RG. La ubicación de este hotel me pareció perfecta, accesible trasladarme a mis actividades y explorar lugares vatiados para comer en Tulúm."

"Está cerca de centros de servicio"

"Clean modern room, breakfast included (eggs) And the staff is very polite"

"False advertisement and scammers."

"Super convenient location. Staff was warm and welcoming. Room was lovely. Beds were very comfortable and having a terrace was so relaxing. Love the oversized pillows. Breakfast was simply amazing. The fresh bread and papaya jam was delightful. The menu items were beautiful and delicious. The beetroot hummus avocado toast was like a work of art. Evenings spent in the rooftop pool were a refreshing end of lovely days. For a real treat walk toward town center via Calle Polar ...

"The stay is beyond beautiful! Guests need access to more light in the rooms, microwave, electrical heating water pot for teas and coffee! Other than that the stay is amazing! Staff was amazing specially Manuel who helped us alot during our stay! "

"Very big room and central location."

"Good location, nice hotel but no fridge unfortunately."

"Solo, puedo recomendar que incluyan televisión en las habitaciones. Entiendo que es para salir de la rutina, solo que por momentos ayuda en los momentos que se está en la habitación y también que fumiguen la habitación para evitar que aparezcan cucarachas y haya menos moscos"

"What a beautiful hotel! Nice little pool to have a dip in after a warm day out and about. One side has bubbles and the hotel makes sure to keep the pool clean. Very friendly and helpful reception. They helped with arranging taxi and when one taxi didn’t show up in time they checked and eventually it came after all. They gave good tips on how to get the collectivo bus to the beach. Unfortunately Tulum struggles a bit with seaweed but the city is very nice to stay at. There is plenty to do like...
