"From a value perspective, this location was excellent. Breakfast was provided, rooms were comfortable and there was a Harvester restaurant across the parking lot which worked out well when we arrived back after a long and exhausting day. The location is perfect if you are visiting Oxford, Cambridge, Bletchley Park and surroundings. Staff were wonderful!"

"An old coaching inn with a history of highwaymen this was a good stay for us for two nights. We had a family room with two bedrooms and shared bathroom, each with its own double bed and television. The bathroom had a nice walk-in shower. The Hotel also provided fans in the room as there was no air-conditioning. Breakfast was good with a selection of hot and cold. "Visited on Monday 15 June. No staff to check in, just a door bell to security they then let you in to get your key from a key safe inside. No dinner or bar on Monday nights so went to the pub over the road. Double Room petite and bijou but adequate. Left before breakfast so did not speak to any staff during our stay!!!! On our previous visit we did have a very nice breakfast. Recommend it but don’t expect to be pampered, more like an Air B&B at least on a Monday or Tuesday."

"There was a pool, sauna and steam room. I went with my 12 year old and there were times kids could use these facilities (and the seating area outside the pool), these were 9-10 and 2 hours (think it was 4-6pm). Under 16s not allowed in the heat rooms. Got towels given to us at the pool to use. Overall a great stay, nice food and kid friendly."

"Nice location. Great amenities. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious but the air conditioning unit was absolutely useless. It was a very warm night and the air conditioner just did not make any difference. So did not sleep very well. The rooms are not very sound proofed so you hear every door slamming shut.
