"The service was good the staff was very friendly and helpful.
A few minor inconveniences like the remotes to the tvs not working, no WiFi upon arrival both of which were minor because I didn’t plan to be in the room for the majority of the day but you may want to come home unwind and watch a little tv. Besides that everything else was great, the have a really nice coffee shop on site and sometimes have a live band playing by the pool."

"My wife and I stayed in an Ocean Upper in May 2026. It was a very high level resort experience. The grounds are lushly landscaped and impeccably maintained. We did not use the pool, but it is beautiful and has several levels of seating from which to watch the sea and the sunsets. Our room was in great condition and very clean. "we stayed in the condos overlooking the water/ships. Definitely a lot of steps especially for us because we were on the lowest floor so it’s three flights down and then three flights up plus another three flights up to the pool but everywhere in St. Thomas is a ton of stairs and walking so if you’re not prepared for that I don’t know what to tell you.
