"The hotel staff was horrible, on the harbor restaurant they gave us a rude and so bad attitude cuz we didn’t have the hotel bracelets cuz they never put it on at us at the check in when we arrived,so we explained them the situation and they don’t care, just leave us sitting there waiting and said no food for us; my brother went to the reception and they fix problem, even a waitress call “dayenne” was laughing on us and she was so rude , awful service we never come back there."

"The grounds & property was beautiful, but the overall room in the garden was not it. The living room didn’t have AC & it got extremely hot in there. There were only 1 TV in the living room, which was unfortunate cause it was to hot on many days to sit in there. They do have sliding doors & blinds on the doors that opens to allow a breeze but that also allows bugs & mosquitos in. We also had a daily visitor a lizard, it came in every morning around the same time. The room which was in the garden...

"Quality breakfast and food. Staff took my food allergy seriously to make sure I didn't have any issue. The room had some minor cleanliness issues, but nothing major. Definitely have patience with the staff as they are learning and expect some inconsistencies between each day with how staff does certain things. It was a great place for a short relaxing stay."

"I stayed for four nights celebrating wedding anniversary and had a great time but I had a few things that I wasn’t aware before going … there was not a lot of entertainment and the restaurants would only allow you to eat 1 appetizer and 1 entree and 1 dessert and I had ner experienced thjj in s at an all inclusive my understanding was all inclusive means if I choose to eat 2 entrees or 2 appetizers I should be able to do so but other than that it was good"

"The property is beautiful in the historical area of Curacao. The host greeted us at the door with cold water. We were pleasantly upgraded to a larger room with a balcony. Each floor, including our room, had an espresso machine including coffee and tea. The fixtures and furniture were all new and the rooms were spotless; lots of interesting vintage decorations. "I genuinely enjoyed my stay through and through! My room had some dead flies on the ceiling so I would make sure you bring your own cleaning supplies to address that but overall everything was beautiful! All the staff were welcoming and very helpful, can’t wait to go back☺️"
