"We were only there for a quick weekend, so we didn’t really get to use the amenities. Staff was great, rooms were clean with great AC. Easy in and out. The only thing I would recommend (and it may already be in the works. I know they’ve been updating) is the mattresses. Very old, springy mattresses. "We had a wonderful time in Townsend and the hotel was great! Our room was clean and smelled great. The hotel in general was well maintained. The staff were great and very helpful! We hope to see you again for the 2027 Smoky Mountain Scottish Festival and Games!"

"Clean, comfortable room. Nice bathroom. Balcony with two chairs. Two pools but we did not use them. Breakfast was good enough. Not hot foods but waffle maker and cereals and pastries, etc. Very affordable rates. No telephone in rooms? TV didn't work well and confusing to operate. Bath/shower could use safety bars."

"I’ve stayed at this property numerous times and never had an issue or complaint until this time. The hall on first floor had an odor as well as the room. The room hadn’t been vacuumed under / around pull out couch. When I unfolded it I found pieces of cigarettes. Toilets seat needed replacing on. Shower was not as clean as normal. "Our room was nice, there was no Continental breakfast, outdoor pool was filled in with dirt and grass, the ice machine and pop machine were broken, the clerk/ housekeeper, was the only person we saw the week we were there. No extra towels, never offered commadation for things that were not available to us when it was advertised on the site. Clerk/housekeeper never asked us how are stay was or offered us if we needed something. The only problems in the room was the dresser/ TV stand was broke...

"It was a decent stay, the thing that was bothersome was at night you really notice how loud the ac unit is plus you can hear the one above your window too. Its off the main strip but convenient to everything. We would probably stay again."

"Suite was big and clean. Two separate bedrooms sharing a single bathroom. No balcony and smelled musty. Lots of towels provided. Water pressure was great. Coffee maker had water still in it from a previous guest, so I was afraid to use it since it obviously doesn’t get cleaned or disinfected between guests."

"The inn was not full; however I was given a room on the 3rd floor at the very back of the inn which was not acceptable. I am a senior citizen and had to bring my suitcases up even though there was an elevator. I should have been given a room on the first or second floor and there were plenty available in the wing I was in. If I were to stay here again I would insist on a room on a lower level. I could understand this if the inn was full; however there were a number of rooms available."
