"Staffing was rude and unhelpful. They didn’t seem to like people. The place is run down and tired- the faucets leaked horribly in the bathroom. There was no breakfast nor was the bar open. Vail has went downhill, as well - no watering of grass - no flowers or flowerpots - no fountains on anywhere ..."

"Air Condition was not working in the living room area. Was fine in the bedroom. Great view from the balcony but the chairs were older and wobbly. The bed wasn't that comfortable. We got a great deal on the room. I would not pay a premium price for this lodge. It was pretty average."
