"The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean, and had the best air conditioning of anywhere we stayed during our trip to Italy. We were very comfortable, and the location was fantastic—we loved the neighborhood, which made it easy to explore Florence and added so much to our experience.
The only downside was a reservation mix-up caused by poor communication between booking platforms, which resulted in the wrong reservation being canceled. It was frustrating, but once we spoke with the staff...
