"Old and poorly maintained property. The first room we were given had dog hair on the carpet and an air freshener by the window, possibly to mask odors. We reported this to the staff and we received a new room. The new room was much better. However an old sandwich was found in the refrigerator and the A/C had trouble maintaining a cool temperature. "The hotel was clean and very convenient to Albany and the airport. My only struggle was getting clear help regarding the WiFi. I was traveling for work and this did inconvenience me a bit. I would rebook but would really like better help regarding the WiFi in the future ."

The room was okay sheets are old bed not comfortable. Very outdated feeling. Water pressure in shower pathetic and hot water was okay for one shower but not two. The shuttle to airport was great. Let’s hope they come get us when we land!"
