"The hotel itself was nice, just as pictured & conveniently located, served its purpose. The room was nice a bit larger than expected & beautiful river view however to be a newer I was surprised that our initial room smelled like mildew/mold. The smell came from the bathroom which was right by the entrance so soon as you walk in it hit you. I believe due to the showers not having doors the water escapes into the flooring or somewhere. They graciously gave us another room which was better smell...

"Check-in/checkout was easy. Staff were pleasant. The Airport Shuttle was convenient for airport arrival and departure. It was also available to take us to a nearby dinner restaurant and after a phone call, they retrieved us promptly. The shuttle drivers were knowledgeable about the areas and made us feel at ease, especially our 4:30 a.m. airport arrival. Room was adequate and quick, especially that it sits in a more woody area then the Hilton Spring Garden Hotel."

"I was impressed! The staff was friendly, the hotel and room were super clean, and the bed was comfortable. I slept like a baby. One thing I would improve is the coffee. It was not the best, and the creamer was powder. It did not taste good as a whole, and I had to throw it away. Other than that, 5 stars. Despite the coffee, I would definitely book again."

"Great value for the money. I needed a room prior to flying out from Albany Inter Airport, and didn’t want to spend a lot for a few hours stay. This hotel was perfect! Reasonably priced, very clean, good bedding and towels, great shower and water pressure, and safe parking. I left very early in AM so missed out on the free breakfast, but did see the dining area which was clean and neat. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I will definitely book with them again when flying out of Albany!"

"I really liked this place. Got a reasonable price on a great room. The location seems a bit wonky in the dark, but really, it's in a great location. It's a shame room prices aren't a bit more reasonable during racing season, but I can see why people stay here. It's worth it!"
