"Dated rooms in need of refurbishment. Some towels in the bathroom old and tired. Booked better room as a single traveller only to get two single beds pushed together but will gap and two separate duvets. Quite disappointing experience overall for the price"

Great amenities in the suite - so clean and the most comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was included - again so clean. Lovely staff and a buffet breakfast with a bakery section and hot food section - make your own coffee which is a great idea If visiting Riga this is the place to stay"

"Breakfast was basic .. but satisfactory . Could do with more choice .. Room was clean and tidy .. The staff were what really makes this hotel in Riga .. The manager is polite and very helpful . Very knowledgeable about the local area .. Though my main thanks goes to Irina .. she was absolutely amazing . I will be returning to Riga and to the hotel because of her and how her customer service was . Hotel justus you have an excellent member of staff . "

"They strictly adhere to the 3 pm check-in rule, not 1 second earlier. They gave me a drink voucher to use and I quote "at the bar" - except it's not valid for alcohol! No amenities, servicing the room was non- existent. Bring lots of adapters if you want to charge your equipment. Location is good"

"I was very satisfied with the visit. The breakfast was plentiful. The hotel was modern, clean, and offered good quality and service. The morning spa facilities were of a high standard. Unfortunately, the quality, size, and cleanliness of the gym did not match the overall standard of the hotel. It is only suitable for one person to work out there at a time."

"Lady on reception amazing. Very friendly. Room superbly clean. Only down side is you face inwards looking at the other rooms but it doesn’t matter much. Breakfast was nice although 25 euros may be a bit expensive. Situation brilliant. In old town easy walking everywhere"
