"The room was clean and modern and most of the staff were helpful. Somehow the pier of S Maria del Giglio were closed during my 2 day stay, it almost killed me us from dragging two 28 inches suitcases and 2 carry ons (coming from Australia for 1 month of Europe trip) all the way from the next closest pier…… and there was a national strike on the day of leaving, had to cross 4 bridges and dragged suitcases again for 1km to Rialto pier…it would have been nicer if I had been informed by the hotel...

"Quarto bom, porém a cama de casal aparentam ser duas de solteiro juntas (pelo menos os colchões) e incomoda um pouco. Na hora do Checkout não tinha ninguém,deixamos as chaves na cama, e fomos para a rua, retornamos para buscar as malas mas disseram que não tinham achado, de qualquer forma a mulher que estava no dia foi muito gentil e entendeu a situação. De resto muito boa localização, visto do quarto e etc. Recomendo muito "

"Awesome hotel, great location and really friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was great as well. The only downfall for us (which was easily solved night 2) was the noise outside in the square - from 7pm to 4am it was really loud with music and people screaming and hollering (drunk!) so the next morning we went out and got ear plugs which solved the problem for the second night and we slept really well. Would absolutely stay again, but will make sure to have ear plugs! Also, a tip - don’t pack a...
