"Soup downstairs was delicious as was their gf bread. Man who checked me in helped me bring my bag up those steep stairs! Room was cute. Loved the giant (fancy) bottle of water, oatmeal…(too bad I couldn’t try the muffins as they have gluten) but what nice unexpected complimentary snacks. Could be loud potentially, it is above a pub, not an issue the night I was there"

"Needs an overhaul, ripped shades and scuffed paint, but clean and depending on what you need very good location"

"Amazing apartment, had everything we needed. The front desk was also very friendly and helpful. Really great distance from o2 arena. Would highly recommend!"

"The check-in process was unfortunately a disaster. Even though we had been in contact multiple times beforehand, we never received the email with the access code in time. As a result, we arrived and could not enter the apartment. The building is also very difficult to find and poorly signposted, so at first we honestly thought it was some kind of joke. Only after around 15 phone calls, contacting Expedia, and almost 2 hours of back and forth was the issue finally resolved. The apartment itself...

"Good location, good bus services, great breakfast, lots of shops nearby, I would go back to this hotel"

"Great value hostel. Convenient transport connections & great for O2 Arean & Greenwich area. Free help yourself breakfast."

"Breakfast is great, good selection and choices of food and beverages being served. Staff, including reception, breakfast lounge staff and room attendants are very accommodating and helpful and are able to answer if you have questions and concerns. Rooms and washrooms are clean. Lighting by the entrance the dresser/counter top for coffee and tea, and by the wall mirror is dark. It would be nice if you can change them."

"Just as advertised"

"No elevator,Room was very small, door of bathroom was broken"

"Terrible experiencia. El sitio nunca me compartió el código/pin para ingresar a las instalaciones, tuve que esperar hasta el día siguiente para que alguien me pudiera atender personalmente. Cuando me pudieron dar acceso al edificio, el lugar estaba muy sucio, instalaciones desgastadas, personal no hablaba correctamente en inglés. Fue una muy mala experiencia, tuve que rentar hospedaje en otro sitio."
