"Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast room is always open so one can get a coffee or pastry or fruit any time. Apin, the proprietor, is super friendly, helpful and available. The location was excellent - walkable to the train station. 15 minutes to the Colosseum. Maybe 20 minutes to Trevi. 50 minute walk to Vatican. There is a good restaurant next door and lots of other restaurants and shopping nearby, I was concerned that there was no "reception desk" but Apin provided...

"clean room and a great staff"

"This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at Atypical Rooms in the last 4 years, and the experience has been wonderful both times. The rooms are spacious, modern, good WiFi, AC, great water shower water pressure and clean rooms. They do have a lift in the building, it’s small but at least it works. Although there is no staff on site other than the housekeeper, staff is very responsive via whatsup to anything you need. As a matter of fact, this last time I forgot an item after I checked out and they were...
