"O hotel é muito charmoso, no segundo andar de um prédio ao estilo romano. Com elevador e acesso moderno com QR code invés de cartões. O atendimento é muito simpático e prestativo. Sempre que precisamos de ajuda dos funcionários foram muito gentis e solicitos. O Buongiorno também é um grata surpresa, já que as caminhadas por Roma são sempre bem cansativas. Parabéns à toda a equipe!"

"The in room breakfast was a nice touch. You are able to choose from a variety of items the night before and they deliver it to your room at the time you choose. Ruth was especially helpful at the Desk. It was nice to have a 24 hour person at the desk as well."

"I loved most of my stay here. It was only affected by my room airconditioner that wasn’t working right in a summer where all Europe had been experiencing prolonged heat wave temperatures on the 90s but felt like 100 degrees due to the high humidity. They checked it, but couldn't fix it at the moment because it would required complete cleaning of the unit due to a ball of white dust blocking the air duct. You could see part of dirt was coming out of the vent. The person was very nice and tried...

"Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We are in a heat wave and the air conditioning made our stay very comfortable. We found the breakfast, which was included with our stay, to be wonderful. The location was minutes from the Spanish Steps and within a 20 minute walk of most places of interest in old Rome. I highly recommend this hotel."

"My room was very clean and quiet.. you can hear the tv from the other room but that was usually for a short time before people went to bed. Other than that, it was very quiet and the street is quiet as well. The location was perfect and walking distance to pretty much everywhere! Only used a taxi couple times. The owner is also very nice and responsive. I would stay there again!"

"The staff were very nice, helpful, & accommodating. The building seemed older & like they tried to freshen it up with new things. I liked the mirror in the bathroom & everything was good but it wasn't the cleanest room(visible dust around bed, & other things I noticed like older wall in shower & older under side of toilet seat. But overall nice location, it's easy to walk around to sites/shops, etc. & a fine place to stay."
