"The property is clean and the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. It took a very long time (we waited for more than 30 minutes) to store the lugguages at the lobby when we arrived at the property at 11 am. When we came back to check in, the room was not ready and we didn’t get our keys until 3:45 pm."

"This was the worse hotel I’ve stayed at. The room had a disgusting smell (like fried food) even after house keeping is done cleaning. A random person was walking around on the 3rd floor and nocking on every room’s door, I had to call reception who basically told me don’t worry they will not bother you again! Staff were not friendly. They had 2 elevators, one of which was broken all 4 days that I was there. All guests are using 1 elevator so the wait line was crazy. Location is ok not crazy...

"We has a nice stay a day before cruise. They arranged transfer from airport for a reasonable fee. Location was 10 mins walk from Spanish steps. AC was ok, good we travel with usb fans. Ywo elevators were convenient Room would be nice with more lights. But overall it's a very nice place and we would gladly stay again."

"We didn't use the properties amenities. So we cannot comment. The property itself was lovely and the staff was excellent. I was impressed on the day of departure my car was waiting and ready without me having to call down and ask for valet to have the car ready. I thought that was a nice touch."
