"Excellent hotel with friendly efficient staff in a convenient location - 15 mins walk to Trevi fountain, under 30 mins walk to colosseum etc, or the metro station is very close if you want to save your feet. We stayed in a room on the 4th floor overlooking the piazza and it was very quiet by Rome standards ie some police sirens were audible now and then but not a problem. Some other reviews mentioned noise from the metro passing underneath the hotel but this really wasn’t an issue and could...

"Although an unusual entrance the room and staff could not have been nicer. We arrived very early and they had us go to their sister hotel to put our luggage on hold. They gave us a very nice breakfast, a bathroom to use and by the time we finished we went to opera suites. Location is central but quiet. As long as you are ok with staff not being there at night it’s great! And they have snacks and breakfast that were wonderful."
