"The in room breakfast was a nice touch. You are able to choose from a variety of items the night before and they deliver it to your room at the time you choose. Ruth was especially helpful at the Desk. It was nice to have a 24 hour person at the desk as well."

It was only affected by my room airconditioner that wasn’t working right in a summer where all Europe had been experiencing prolonged heat wave temperatures on the 90s but felt like 100 degrees due to the high humidity. They checked it, but couldn't fix it at the moment because it would required complete cleaning of the unit due to a ball of white dust blocking the air duct. "I really like this hotel. For a tourist It was far enough away from the crowds to feel peaceful, but close enough to the attractions to feel convenient. I loved eating breakfast in the park and then heading into city center. And staying in the same neighborhood as some of Rome’s world class hotels without the world class price tag made me feel like I’d found a true hidden gem. The only thing I will say is that if you have mobility issues you may want to talk to the hotel first as there are a few...
