"Casa Guttmann is in right location near the tourist spots in Centro Storica. We feel safe and secured in this place. Our room is so clean each day of the entire stay. All staff are so friendly and very accomodating with superb hospitality. Special mention to the ladies Princess and Dianne at the front desk and likewise the cleaning lady who are excellent in redering their service. The manager is so kind to assist us. "Simplesmente amei a minha hospedagem! Primeiro, fomos muito bem recepcionados. Fizeram questão de dar dicas da cidade (opções de transporte, por exemplo) e de nos instruir em nossos questionamentos. Além disso, estavam disponíveis no WhatsApp para sanar qualquer dúvida e, inclusive, informaram sobre uma greve no transporte público que aconteceu em um dia da nossa estadia.
