"The front desk staff is amazing. Very professional, personable and attentive. Truly top notch!
They assisted with transport, activities and area questions. Room was extremely quiet, bed was very comfortable, and exceptional amenities. "This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and amazing. It was walking distance to the metro , restaurants and bars. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was stunning. The bed comfort was one of the best I’ve experienced. The sheets and bed were my favorite. The bathroom was absolutely perfect! The towels and robes were beautiful. The lobby area was also great with complimentary mint water. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rome. "

However please note we came back on another separate reservation and during that stay, the shower handle fell off, shower was dirty and room was noisy both from the outside as windows are not as good perhaps on room 203 and alot of noise from hallway and rooms next door. "
