"Very clean"

"Steps and elevators are a bit of a pill if you have anyone with disabilities. One reason I cannot give it 5 stars. Steps to get to the first elevator that leads to the 1st floor. Then there are more steps to reach the second elevator, which leads to the hotel room floors. Breakfast was good and worth the cost for the convenience. The hotel's location was excellent, and if you are a walker, there are many places you can reach on foot. There is a park right across the street from the hotel that is really nice and relaxing. Others in my group went and enjoyed nature in the middle of the city. Decent shopping & food options near, and a Money Exchange just one block down. It is a type of bank and they offered a good conversion rate with only a 15 euro charge for the transaction. Goiogle search did not have it and I just happened to find it. "

"Lovely breakfast selection. Very helpful staff - we arrived in the early hours and were met at the door and checked straight in. Staff had also been great at communication before our stay. Beautiful traditional room. Everything we needed."

"Great location at the top of the Spanish Steps. The staff was very helpful as we had to change our travel plans because of a railroad worker’s strike. Outstanding breakfast overlooking the city. The rooms were clean and modernized, but a little small."

"Hive was a perfect location for us. Walkable from the train station even with luggage. Note: the sidewalks are uneven. We walked every where. Trevi Fountain, Coliseum and Spanish Steps were only 20 minutes away. We chose to walk every where so we could explore. Rome is such a beautiful city. Hive was perfect. Would stay here again."

"This place is absolutely awesome! The look and layout of the whole place is great. Every staff member is super cool and helpful. The courtyard is a great place to hangout and make new friends over some drinks (Laura makes amazing mojitos). Next time I visit Rome, this is where I'll be."
