"El baño tiene hongo. El staff nunca resolvió el problema del aire acondicionado. Me iban a cambiar de habitación pero nunca se logró. Por el inconveniente me dieron 60 euros de vuelta estuve 4 noches sin aire acondicionado y pagué $800. El desayuno estuvo bien. Aire acondicionado nunca funcionó. La cama son unos catres super incómodos."

"The décor in the room was a bit funky, but it was clean and spacious. The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. To get to the hotel, you had to walk down a sketchy set of stairs. We never felt unsafe, but there was broken glass and garbage on the stairs every day. It was a good location and walked easily to the Vatican and the Colleseum."

"room was small. furnishings dated and while bathroom was technically clean, there was mildew and dark spots on grout in the shower, shower head could not be adjusted and plug stopper for tub fell apart as it turned. points that you can "live with' for an overnight stay, but for me not acceptable in a 4 star rating.// first concierge quite lovely and hospitable, 2nd concierge could not accommodate us when we called to see if we could extend stay by another day, said he would call back and never did. i had to call the reception back after 30 minutes to request an answer. 2nd concierge had "disappeared" and gone off shift , so we had to submit request again, losing valuable time to search for accommodations elsewhere (friday night)."
