"The hotel is in a great location. We spent 5 days in Rome and after going to many other areas we were so glad we chose Passpartout Boutique Hotel and the Prati neighbourhood. Our hotel room was quiet, comfortable, and fantastic AC. The staff were exceptional, professional and helpful with all our enquires. "It was an excellent location and our room was big and lots of storage. Diego text me my room was ready at 10am which was so nice. We were able to check-in at 10.30am which was very convenient . We were able to drop off our luggage and explore the neighborhood. Diego and the owner greeted us and were absolutely wonderful. Both were true gentleman’s. They carried our luggage and answered any questions we had. I recommend San Pietro Boutique and give them 5 stars."

We arrived late and there was no one to welcome us but, the communication to check in late was well organised and well managed.
We stayed in the Quadruple room, it was perfect for us. The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff did an exceptional job keeping our room clean.
We are surely looking to stay here in the future.

"It was closer to Vatican and we could walk there in 5 - 10 minutes. There was a grocery store nearby and washer and dryer inside the apartment (we could wash our clothes and it was convenient because we were travelling with two kids and did not want to carry lot of clothes for our trip).

"2nd stay at Gran Melia it’s a beautiful hotel, stunning swimming pool area, the staff are fantastic, hotel suites are very comfortable and well designed.
There are a couple of things that I personally would like to see changed.
Welcome drinks on arrival to the hotel. When it’s 38° outside and guests have travelled all day, the hotel should at least offer water on arrival.

Surrounded by excellent restaurants and easily walkable to many of the major sights in Rome. The hotel reception was helpful and ensured we had everything we needed.
