Khách sạn Vĩnh Thịnh , Vĩnh Phú

"Really lovely staff and spacious room. However, the drain and fridge didn’t work. Phone in the room was unplugged. It seemed like the room wasn’t properly prepared prior to checking in"

"Very nice stay"

"Easy access around old quarter"

"Khách sạn đầy đủ tiện nghi, đồ ăn sáng tuyệt vời. Nhân viên best"

"They got you feeling like a King and/or Queen here. I aint giving them a 5/5 for no reason on each checklist. The assistance and care given is immaculate. There's someone to open the front door, complimentary drinks refreshments are provided while you wait, and a small moist towel was offered to clean yourself up. Upon my arrival and final day, the helpers came out to assist with me and my friend’s luggage out/in the taxi. They were also sincere and accommodative when it came through questions...

"My husband and I recently celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary, and choosing Hotel du lac Signature in Hanoi was one of the best decisions we could have made. From the very beginning, the service was impeccable. Even before our arrival, the hotel’s sales team responded promptly to every inquiry. We asked about airport transfers and traffic conditions, and they arranged everything seamlessly. They even sent us thoughtful recommendations for how to make our anniversary trip extra special....

"GRAND du LAC is situated in a prime location, right in the heart of the Old Quarter and next to the St Joseph Cathedral. The ambiance is elegant, with beautiful architecture and top-notch services. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are exquisite, and the prices are reasonable. My only choice of hotel in Hanoi."

"An excellent boutique hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter, offering everything you need for a wonderful stay. The hotel features a lovely rooftop bar, swimming pool, massage services, two restaurants, and one of the best buffet breakfasts you could ask for. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Lucy from the Travel Desk, who was extremely helpful and organised our tours to Ha Long Bay, including the cruise, the Hanoi city tour, and...

"Excellent hotel, well located, Annie was an excellent host - as were the rest of the staff. Couldn't recommend more."

"The hotel locates a few walks from the Old Church & Turttle Lake. Tons of local foods around for travelers to try. Not as busy and crowded as in the Old Square Area. Good service. New rennovation. Clean bed & shower. "
