"Was what we needed for a quick stay overnight, was a bit disappointed that check-in was 2pm but room not ready till 3 - the reason we booked this place was the early check in due to coming off 27 hrs of flying"

"Unfortunately my room had inadequate facilities (a wardrobe that didn’t allow for full-length storage of my garments) but the staff downstairs put it right and moved me to a better room. The breakfast the following day was wonderful and all-in-all, a lovely stay. Would definitely return:"

"Really spacious room for a family of 4. We had 1 double bed and 2 singles, did not feel cramped at all. Was great to be able to use the swimming pool after a long day of playing football. The lifts are very quick, which is always great in a large hotel when you need to get places fast! "

"Location was very convenient. However, directional signage could be improved (signs directing travelers to the hotel from the airport roads, and navigating from T2 & T3). Also, guests should NOT be charged just for getting dropped off at the hotel to check in!"
