"This hotel is horrible!! Do not stay here! There is no reception. There is nowhere to store bags. I was directed to Bounce which then directed me to Krystal convenience store. The people there are very rude! Not to mention having to drag all my luggage around.
To get to our room involved 4 flights of stairs as there is no lift and a total of 4 doors and another 2 doors to get into our room. The stairs and hall are dingy and dirty. The carpet in the hall is stained and it’s quite a delight (lol)...

"The location is very good. Sit next to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, it is still pretty quiet inside. We arrived earlier but the receptionist was kind enough to let us check in with a charge. The room is big but it looks pretty old inside like stains/scratches on the desk, rusty holes of the tub, etc."

"The room was excellent. Staff was friendly, I have multiple bookings for my trip and they combined all bookings and offered me a free upgrade.
I was there for a week and breakfast was almost the same every day. Lack of variety of choices. Breakfast queues were REALLY long during peak hours in the morning.
A nice swimming pool that requires booking but the pool was very busy for most of the time I visited."

"This hotel was close to so many great things. We were able to see the Tower Bridge right from our balcony and could walk to it in just a couple minutes. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Raul was amazing and gave us so many great ideas and information. His enthusiasm for the city got us so excited to get out and explore."

"The hotel was perfect for a 4 night stay in London. The location was so central and near a subway station. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Just be mindful if you book the King deluxe room, the bed is more of an XL double. It worked for four nights. The breakfast was wonderful, with many healthy options to choose from. The staff were all very helpful and friendly."
