"This has got to be one of the friendliest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel staff were so lovely and helpful; they always greeted you with a smile and made you feel so welcome. The hotel is ideally placed to visit York with a pleasant 5-10 minute walk from the main sights and river. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast delicious.
