"Although our room was spartan in decoration, the staff were exceedingly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I would have liked a bit more storage space and two bottles of water rather than one. The rooms were made up quickly. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The bar had a tremendous selection and a knowledgeable bartender. Also, the food was very tasty. The concierge was a miracle worker. I recommend staying at this hotel."

"I use this hotel frequently because if its convenient location, very pleasant staff and comfortable rooms.
On this occasion, I had a room near the lift and there was repeated noise from loud conversations and doors banging until 1.30 am, which is not ideal for an early start. Not the hotel's fault, however."

"Excellent hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were very nice size and very comfortable. I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant or the breakfast, but the gym was very well appointed. The best part is the awesome location. Just blocks away from Tower of London and right next door to the medieval St. Olaf'a church. Highly recommend getting a tour of that as well.

"Very small room, extremely small bathroom.
I requested a change of room because the hotel ventilation was on all night extremely noisy on top of my room.
In the 2nd room you could hear all the noises from outside and adjacent room.
I had to travel/leave a day earlier. They did not accept to provide a credit note since i had paid my stay. Not even exchange the hefty rate for a mere breakfast.
