"Rooms are clean have everything you need only down side the single duvets don’t fit the bed they’re way too small"

"Quite old establishment. Unlucky day for me the Floors/carpet were not vacuumed that day, i could see and smell it. To make it worse the clean new linen was placed on those dirty floors by the cleaning staff who change out the linen - make beds in the morning. Explains the hairs i found on my freshly made bed."

"Very pleasant one night stay, we arrived on a very warm sunny day. We got to our room and found the window open and an electric fan, so we had a cool and very comfortable night. Parking was free and very easy and reception was welcoming. Our only grip would be that you have to go next door, to the services to source your breakfast."

"The check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was really good. The room we had was on the front with a big window which was lovely but had to draw curtains for privacy in day. The only criticism was that there was a slight sewer type smell on arrival going up the stairs to the room and also in the morning in the bathroom but otherwise we had a lovely one night stay."

"Upon arrival we were met with loud music what seemed like a soul weekender. There was forewarning regarding this and our room was not ready. We had a child of 8 with us so it was a bit unfair on him. The bathroom had no fascia on the shower temp control and there was mould on the ceiling. The tissue box had no tissues in during our two night stay. The mini fridge was not stocked upon arrival . When I asked if I could see the room before I was paid I was told they needed a managers consent which...

"Quirky old building, lots of steps to watch out for upstairs, room full of caracter but also very dark due to lack of natural light. In a good location for the centre of Worcester."

"We had a wonderful stay and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again."

"The staff were friendly. The room was very basic, which I don't mind as we got a cheap offer. The window was broken (had a butter knife to keep it open) and opened only to a maximum of 20 cm, and it was around the corner, so we were boiling inside (no air con). Would've been nice to have mattress protectors on the beds, as the sheets kept coming off, and there was a bare mattress underneath."

"Staff were very kind and helpful. Beds were less than perfectly comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of options but some were just average in quality. Overall a good place for the location and price. Thank you, we would stay again."

"Bar and breakfast rooms were great..clean room..however we were given top floor room with four flights of stairs.. room too small for a double with very uneven floor.. Room was very hot window only opened six inches not much air coming in.fan provided was useless.. didn’t get much sleep as we were hot sticky and itratible..not going back.this was not in the heatwave.. the following weekend .."

"Excellent location for a concert at the o2 academy. Staff were very very helpful and while the room was basic it had everything I needed for a one night stay. Room had a few silverfish but not so many that I felt uncomfortable sleeping there or thought there might be a problem. So if you REALLY hate bugs maybe go elsewhere. Other downside is the breakfast was very limited and would be pretty much nothing if you were dairy free/vegan."
