"Very good for the price. Booked a double room with private bathroom. Both room and bathroom were small but served the purpose very well. No towels provided , £5 to rent a towel, so take your towels with you. No lift , you have to walk up n down stairs, if carrying heavy luggage this can be a problem. Room was clean, toilet paper provided. Overall the place was clean. Didn't try the breakfast, so can't comment on that. Check out is early compared to other places but late check out its an extra £5...

"Clean room. Shower didn’t drain very well. Tried to use online check in but digital key couldn’t be accessed and staff seemed to have no idea about the online check in process. Upgraded to exec but didn’t receive complimentary water. Friendly staff, greatly kept hotel, room was great (much better than photos give away!). TV was rather slow. A 50/50 experience."

"In room laundry was convenient, though the combo washer/drier takes at least 4 hours per load. Microwave/oven did not work. We were given what appeared to be a handicap accessible room, so there were no door or shower thresholds. The shower doors were a pair of bi-folding doors. But since there was a missing T-astragal and no thresholds, water would leak all over the floor and spread outward. Room window on floor 1 had no privacy. Floors are hard vinyl, no carpets. So rather uncomfortable....

"Room was really nice and we got checked in early which was hugely appreciated thank you. My only issue was that a cleaner next door decided to vacuum a room at 08:00 hours on a Bank Holiday. I appreciate that they have a job to do, but could they have waited another hour.
Overall an excellent stay and consistent with the H10 brand"

"The toilet seat was dirty when we arrived.
The chair in the room was so low it was almost impossible to sit at the desk, we asked for support, someone came, took a look & tried a couple of things, no success & he left, said he would look into it & we never heard from him or anyone else again.
The phone was unplugged from the wall with wires that were broken and the socket was falling out of the wall.
The lights above the bed were not plugged in so had to move the furniture to work out how to...
